At last night’s Annual Dinner, the winner of the 2016 Rybczynski Prize was announced and our congratulations go to Toby Nangle, Global Co-Head of Asset Allocation at Columbia Threadneedle Investments, for winning the £3000 prize. The essay competition is now in its 16th year, and is in memory of the late Tad Rybczynski, an eminent economist and long-served former Chairman of the Society. We are grateful to PwC for kindly sponsoring the Prize, and members can read a copy of the winning essay in the Reading Room.
