Our inaugural Summer Drinks Reception for SPE members is being held in partnership with King’s College London, and will be held on Thursday 21 July 2022, 6.00-8.00pm, at Bush House, 30 Aldwych, London, WC2B 4BG.
This is a great opportunity to meet colleagues, contacts and fellow members of the Society. A number of special guests from across the UK economics profession will be in attendance, including members of King’s faculty and the SPE Council.
SPE President Sir Dave Ramsden (Deputy Governor Bank of England) will welcome members to the event.
We will also hear from Ed Balls (Professor of Political Economy, King’s College London, and former Shadow Chancellor of the Exchequer).
SPE Vice President Dame Kate Barker will also provide short informal remarks at the event.
