- Tomasz Wieladek and Justin Thomson An anatomy of tariffs: History, theory, and prognosis
The prize will be announced at the SPE’s Annual Dinner on Monday 17 November with the winner(s) receiving £5,000. All shortlisted essays will be posted on the SPE website after the dinner.
