Jeffrey Matsu, Senior Economist, RICS and Neal Hudson, Director, Residential Analysts, will debate the state of the UK housing market in what promises to be a lively and interesting session.
Jeffrey Matsu is a Senior Economist covering global economic trends affecting real estate, property and land. He provides market analysis and thought leadership on key areas related to the world built environment. Jeffrey also serves as a research co-investigator at the UK Collaborative Centre for Housing Evidence (CaCHE), which takes a housing systems approach to produce evidence and new research to improve housing policy and practice across the UK.
Neal Hudson is a housing market analyst and commentator. He is director of Residential Analysts Limited, a company that provides data-led research, analysis, and reporting on all aspects of the UK housing market. From housing policy to development consultancy, from demographic modelling to market forecasting, the core aim of Residential Analysts is to build a better understanding of the latest market developments and long-term trends shaping the UK housing market.
Chaired by Dame Kate Barker, the event is jointly supported by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the UK Collaborative Centre for Housing Evidence (CaCHE) and we are grateful to RICS for kindly hosting the event at their premises.
